Smart Factory AI Vision One-Stop Solution Unveiled at the 2022 International Taipei Automation Show

YUAN High-Tech ( Stock Code: 5474 ), a leading manufacturer of video capture modules, will be exhibiting at the 2022 Taipei International Automation Exhibition from August 24-27. For AIoT smart factories, YUAN High-Tech will demonstrate an AI video processing platform called ExpertVision with powerful computing and processing capabilities for multi-channel video analysis through deep learning in real-time.

Traditional recognition mainly uses pattern matching technology that is heavily influenced by light sources and environment so that it results in higher error rate. YUAN's ExpertVision offers "people," "vehicles," and "objects" as the main categories, with 12 built-in intelligent events to encapsulate eight situations for the factory.

It can apply to access control security, lane management, electronic fencing, factory safety, quality inspection, motion standardization verification, personal equipment inspection, and image visualization, to assist managers in improving productivity and verifying production processes and it can make sure environmental safety at the same time.
